Everyone who cares about the fate of the "SHAG" Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics - whether a student, applicant, employee, or visitor - can report information important for ensuring the full functioning and improvement of the university's activities. All messages (including anonymous ones) received at the electronic mailbox will be carefully studied and processed. The university administration guarantees full confidentiality.
Please note the following:
- The name, email address, phone number, and file fields are NOT required to be filled out;
- The email address and phone number are needed for feedback if additional information is required or if you wish to receive a response;
- One image in .jpg .jpeg .png format with a size of up to 1MB can be uploaded.
A message can be submitted:
- without specifying the authorship (anonymously) An anonymous report on violations of anti-corruption legislation will be considered if it contains specific factual data related to a particular person, which can be verified. Anonymous reports on violations of the law are subject to verification within a period of not more than fifteen days from the date of receipt. If it is impossible to verify the information contained in the message within the specified period, the review period is extended to thirty days from the date of receipt.

The whistleblower will be provided with a written response based on the results of the review.
