Transfer from other higher education institutions and renewal of studies

There is a possibility to be reinstated to study at the Kharkiv Technological University "SHAG" after expulsion, as well as the possibility of transfer from another higher education institution of III-IV accreditation levels, if the student has successfully completed the first year of study (that is, reinstatement after expulsion or transfer from another university is possible only for the second, third or fourth year). It is prohibited to reinstate students to the first year of higher education institutions. The rector (director) of a higher education institution has the right to reinstate students who have been expelled from the first year, provided that they eliminate academic debt before the start of classes. In other cases, the student cannot be reinstated to study and must re-enter the first year on general terms.

The issue of renewal and transfer is decided by the rector (director) of the higher education institution. Each case is considered individually. Transfer and reinstatement to all forms of study are usually carried out during the summer and winter holidays.

Restoration after expulsion

To be reinstated to study after expulsion, you must personally submit an application for reinstatement to the students of Kharkiv Technological University "SHAG". The application must be attached:

•	Certificate of the level of accreditation of the relevant specialty, a photocopy of the license and accreditation certificate of the higher education institution in which the student studied (except for SHAG Odessa Technological University)
•	Academic transcript;
•	A document of the state standard on the previously obtained educational degree (educational qualification level), on the basis of which the admission is carried out and an appendix to it (original and copy)
•	Extract from the order of expulsion;
•	4 photographs 3x4 cm in size;
•	A photocopy of the certificate of identification code (you must personally provide the original, which is returned after reading);
•	A photocopy of the passport (birth certificate for persons who do not have a passport by age) (you must personally provide the original, which is returned after reading);
•	EIT certificate and information card;
•	Copy of military registration document - for persons liable for military service (except as provided by law).

Transfer from another higher education institution

To transfer, you must personally submit an application to the Kharkiv Technological University "SHAG". The application must be attached:

•	Permission to transfer, signed by the rector (vice-rector) and certified by the stamp of the university;
•	Certificate of the level of accreditation of the relevant specialty, a photocopy of the license and accreditation certificate of the university where the student is studying;
•	Document of the state standard on the previously obtained educational degree (educational qualification level), on the basis of which the admission is carried out and its appendix (original and copy);
•	EIT certificate and information card;
•	Academic reference;
•	4 photographs 3x4 cm in size;
•	A photocopy of the certificate of identification code (you must personally provide the original, which is returned after reading);
•	A photocopy of the passport (birth certificate for persons who do not have a passport by age) must be personally provided with the original, which is returned after review);
•	Copy of military registration document - for persons liable for military service (except as provided by law).
